You can use leftover cooked chicken, or purchase a cooked chicken from the grocery store.
Ingredients

Light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup (50 mL)

Mango chutney |
1/4 cup (50 mL)
|
Multigrain tortillas |
4 10-inch (25 cm)
|
Cooked chicken, cut into strips |
8 oz (250 g)
|
Mango, sliced |

Red onion, cut into thin rings |
1/4
|
Loosely packed mesclun mix |
4 cups (1 L)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chutney.

Spread 2 tbsp (25 mL) of the mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla. On the bottom third of each tortilla, place one-quarter of each of the chicken strips, mango slices, red onion rings and mesclun mix.

Fold the 2 sides, then fold the bottom of the wrap up over the filling and roll until tight.
