Pour this smoothie into an empty ice cube container. Add a few cubes to your next smoothie or blend it up for a fun twist on ice cream.
Ingredients

Almond milk beverage or milk |
1 cup (250 mL)

Soft (silken) tofu |
1/2 cup (125 mL)

Frozen banana |

Peanut or other nut butter |
1 tbsp (15 mL)

In a blender combine almond milk, tofu, banana and peanut butter.
