When fresh cherries are in season, be sure to top off your special banana split with a couple.
Ingredients

Banana |

Plain 1% Greek yogurt |
1 cup (250 mL)

Granola (use this granola recipe) |
1/2 cup (125 mL)
|
Mixed fresh or frozen berries (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or quartered strawberries) |
1 cup (250 mL)
|
Pure maple syrup |
1 tsp (5 mL)

Directions

Slice banana in half lengthwise and place in a long narrow bowl or dish. Top with yogurt.

Sprinkle with granola and berries.

Drizzle with maple syrup and serve with 2 spoons.
